Penguin Recruitment is seeking an Associate Director – Water Design to lead strategic delivery of water non-infrastructure projects across the UK water sector. Based in the Tamworth area, attendance is required one to two days per week, with opportunities to travel for a senior leadership role in the region.

The successful candidate will provide senior technical oversight, mentor multidisciplinary teams and drive client engagement on major frameworks while shaping growth for the consulting.
