They work on projects throughout the UK, but primarily across the South. The work covers just about every Development Control issue you can think of, meaning no day is ever the same. This is an exciting opportunity for a Planner or Senior Planner to join a talented team and contribute to a diverse range of major residential and commercial projects. About the Role

We are looking for both Planners and Senior Planners who are keen to contribute to our success and take the next step in their careers. As part of a talented and friendly team, you\’ll be working on high-profile projects, gaining exposure to complex planning challenges while developing your expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a range of residential and commercial planning projects from inception to completion.
  • Provide expert advice on planning policy and regulations to clients.
  • Prepare planning applications, reports, and documentation.
  • Work closely with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients to achieve successful planning outcomes.
  • Mentor and support junior staff, helping them grow in their careers.

About You

  • MRTPI status (or working towards it).
  • At least 5 years of planning experience (we may consider slightly less experience for exceptional candidates).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
