Job Title: Town Planner Location: Central London Main Purpose of Role: This role is part of a multidisciplinary team offering expert advice in Town Planning, Development Consultancy, Regeneration & CPO, Lease Advisory, and Transactions. The Planner will work closely with the team to deliver high-profile projects, supporting clients with specialist planning services. We are seeking an individual with 2+ years of experience in planning who is approachable, adaptable, and works well in a collaborative environment. The role is based in Central London with flexible hybrid working options, involving nationwide projects. Key Tasks: Conducting Planning History Searches. Preparing planning appraisals for various projects. Attending site visits to assess planning requirements. Participating in project and client meetings. Attending planning committees as needed.
