Our client, a respected RIBA-chartered studio located in London, is looking for a motivated and highly capable Technical Architect to become part of their dynamic team. With a strong focus on sustainable design across residential, commercial, and education projects, the practice is entering an exciting period of expansion supported by a robust portfolio of new work.
Requirements:
- ARB-registered Architect
- Extensive post-Part 3 experience within a UK architectural environment
- Strong design sensibility paired with confident technical detailing skills
- Thorough understanding of UK planning procedures, building regulations, and contemporary construction practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ideally Revit
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively
- Driven, professional, and proactive in approach
Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality architectural work across all RIBA stages
- Engage with clients to develop creative, sustainable design solutions
- Coordinate effectively with consultants and internal project teams
- Contribute to technical detailing and the preparation of construction information
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members when needed
- Collaborate with senior leadership on project planning and delivery strategies
