As a Junior Recruitment Consultant you'll be supporting the recruitment of specialist environmental and engineering candidates across the UK, building client relationships, advertising vacancies, organising interviews, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. No previous recruitment experience is required - we're looking for driven individuals with excellent communication skills, any commercial experience and a genuine desire to succeed.
To be considered for this Junior Recruitment Consultant opportunity, you'll need a degree, strong communication and organisational skills, a full UK driving licence, full right to work in the UK, and to live in or within a commutable distance of our Swansea office.
