About the Sustainability Engineer Role:
In this position, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate energy assessments and reports, including sustainability and energy statements, as well as embodied carbon and life cycle assessments (LCA). Your tasks will involve producing EPCs, coordinating BREEAM assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing client queries. You’ll also have the chance to mentor and guide junior team members.
Key Requirements for the Sustainability Engineer Role:
- Solid experience in energy assessment and/or sustainability consultancy
- Strong understanding of building regulations Part L and Part O and energy efficiency standards
- Proficiency with energy modelling software (e.g., IES-VE, Elmhurst Design SAP)
- Familiarity with OneClick LCA
