Our client, an established, independent sustainability consultancy has an urgent requirement for a Sustainability Consultant and BREEAM Assessor to join their Chester based team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of medium and large scale projects within the residential, commercial, industrial and education sectors.
Qualifications
- BSc / MSc in a relevant environmental / sustainability / building services discipline
- Membership to an appropriate professional body such as CIBSE or IEMA
- Qualified BREEAM Assessor in one or more schemes is essential
Experience
- Demonstrable experience in the management and delivery of BREEAM Assessments, preferably within a consultancy environment
- Proven track record in project management will be an advantage

- Undertaking BREEAM and LEED assessments
- Delivering environmental management audits
