Our client, a growing planning consultancy has a requirement for a Town Planner to join their Bury St Edmunds based team. The successful Town Planner will be responsible for the successful delivery of a variety of residential and commercial applications for their clients.
Experience:
- Ideally candidates will have significant experience of preparing planning applications and appeals, undertaking site development appraisals and liaising with clients, land owners and developers.
- Applicants will ideally have consultancy or house builder experience; however, local authority backgrounds will also be considered.
