Duties for the role include:
- Help deliver on a range of high-profile projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare and develop planning schemes to detailed construction drawings
- Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
- Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
Skills and experience required:
- Successfully completed your RIBA Part 2 qualification
- Relevant post qualification experience as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit
- Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
- Excellent technical and drawing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Stockport area
