My client is a successful civil and structural practice operating from a friendly, vibrant office in the Northwest. The bulk of the workload is made up of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects and prospective applicants will likely have experience working with steel, concrete and masonry and have experience in design or have the ability to undertake structural surveys.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake structural surveys and assist with design work as required.
- Prepare reports related to structural assessments and surveys.
- Contribute to projects across residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors using steel, concrete and masonry.
Qualifications:
- You will come from a Structural Engineering background ideally having gained a degree in civil or structural engineering.
- You will have experience in design using contemporary materials (steel, concrete, masonry etc).
- You will have knowledge of structural design software such as TEKLA, TEDDS, CAD, REVIT.
- It will be hugely beneficial if you have experience undertaking structural surveys.
- Ability to create reports.
- Strong communication skills.
- Full licence to undertake site visits for survey work.
