The Benefits £45,000-£50,000 salary Commission scheme 22 days annual + BH Hybrid working Opportunity to play a key role in the growth of an established business Varied position combining commercial sales and technical expertiseKey Duties Identify, develop and secure new commercial and industrial contracts within water hygiene and Legionella compliance. Generate leads through networking, prospecting, referrals and industry events. Develop existing client relationships, identify cross-selling opportunities and expand service offerings. Prepare, scope and price technical proposals, tenders, remedial quotations and bids. Conduct technical site audits to ensure quality of delivery and compliance with contract specifications. Prepare and review complex risk assessments and method statements (RAMS). Provide expert technical advice on domestic hot and cold water systems, including complex Legionella-related issues. Support clients with remedial solutions and technical escalations.Requirements Extensive experience in water hygiene, water treatment or Legionella compliance. Proven track record in business development and securing commercial contracts. Strong technical understanding of domestic hot and cold water systems, ACoP L8 and HSG274. Experience producing technical proposals, tenders and RAMS. Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
