Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate, detailed technical drawings for large-scale residential projects
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, engineers and clients to achieve design and regulatory objectives
- Ensure all technical outputs comply with Building Regulations and NHBC requirements
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, supporting their development
- Contribute to project and client meetings, offering professional input on technical matters
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Degree, HNC or HND in Architectural Technology (or equivalent qualification)
- Several years' experience delivering large residential developments for national house builders
- Strong technical skills with excellent precision and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CAD and/or BIM software packages
- In-depth understanding of UK Building Regulations and industry standards
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
