Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality architectural drawings and technical documentation using AutoCAD
- Prepare planning, building regulations, and construction drawing packages
- Assist in the delivery of a wide range of rural development, diversification, and property projects
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities
- Coordinate design information across multidisciplinary project teams
- Undertake site visits and surveys as required
- Ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with relevant regulations and standards
- Contribute to project planning, technical problem‑solving, and successful project delivery
Ideal Candidate
- Experienced Senior Architectural Technician with relevant project experience
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing production
- Demonstrable experience preparing planning and construction documentation
- Good understanding of UK planning, building regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment
