About the company: An award-winning multidisciplinary architecture and urban design practice based in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join its growing team. The studio delivers a diverse range of projects across the residential, mixed-use, commercial and regeneration sectors, with a strong emphasis on design quality, sustainability and contextual architecture. Working within a collaborative and design-led environment, the successful candidate will contribute to projects from concept design through to technical delivery using BIM and Revit-based workflows.

Daily Duties
- Assisting with the design and delivery of projects across multiple sectors
- Producing planning, tender and construction drawing packages
- Developing Revit models and BIM documentation
- Preparing presentation materials, visuals, and design reports
- Coordinating information with consultants and wider project teams
- Attending client, consultant, and site meetings
- Supporting project architects with technical detailing and project delivery
- Working across projects at varying scales and stages
Ideal Candidate
- RIBA Part 2 qualified with several years of UK-based professional experience
- Strong design, technical and presentation skills
- Good working knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
- Proficient in Revit with BIM workflow experience preferred
- Experience working on residential or mixed-use schemes advantageous
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Confident working both independently and collaboratively
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about high-quality architecture
- Candidates already based locally within Sheffield or the surrounding region would be preferred
