Are you a recent geology, geotechnical engineering or geoscience graduate looking for your first position in the Ground Investigation industry? An established and highly specialist consultancy based in Sheffield are seeking an ambitious engineer to join their team on a variety of exciting ground investigation projects. The opportunity provides excellent training and career progression opportunities.

You'll be working amongst a specialist ground investigation team, carrying out:

  • Site walkovers
  • Phase 1 desktop studies
  • Soil and rock logging
  • Factual and interpretive report writing
  • Borehole logging
  • Developing report writing skills

The successful Entry Level Geologist will be offered:

  • Be comfortable in a hands-on, field-based role
