Principal / Senior Planner Location: Leeds Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and growing planning consultancy in Leeds in their search for a Principal or Senior Planner to join their highly respected team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a busy and diverse planning team, working on a wide portfolio of projects across the energy infrastructure, waste management, mineral, and commercial sectors. The Role As a Chartered Planner, you will contribute to and lead on all aspects of the planning process, including: Managing and preparing planning applications and environmental impact assessments Coordinating sub-consultants and engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and local communities Conducting site appraisals and providing strategic and tactical planning advice to senior-level clients Delivering detailed development management, land promotion, planning policy, and project delivery services Supporting the wider planning and landscape team in delivering an expanding pipeline of high-profile projectsThis is a hybrid position based out of the Leeds office, offering flexibility and a collaborative environment with long-term progression potential.
