The planning team delivers strategic planning projects, focusing on planning applications and land promotions for residential developments, while working closely with colleagues across development economics, design, and heritage.

The Role
As a Senior Planner, you will play a key role in delivering successful planning outcomes while developing your professional expertise and client relationships. Working collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and consultants, you will manage schemes from concept to consent, including planning obligations and condition discharges. There will also be opportunities to support Planning Appeals and Local Plan Examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on the development potential of land and buildings
- Preparing and managing planning applications and appeals

About You
- Relevant planning qualification (or working towards one)
