My client, a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy, is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior / Principal Town Planner to join their progressive and dynamic team in the North of England. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to major infrastructure and development projects, working with a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors.
The Role
- Act as the Planning Lead on various projects across different markets and sectors.
- Be actively involved in bid preparation, tender submissions, and framework responses.
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior colleagues within the planning team.
- Collaborate with colleagues across environmental, engineering, and design disciplines.
- Engage with market and client leads to identify and support business growth opportunities.
What You Will Bring
- A degree in Planning or a related discipline (RTPI membership desirable).
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and resilience to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
