Role Overview:
You will play a key role in delivering a wide range of planning services, including strategic advice, development management, and project coordination. The successful candidate will be involved in significant and often complex projects, supporting major developers, and contributing to shaping communities.
Essential Requirements:
- RTPI accredited qualifications, ideally working towards (or already holding) Chartered Membership
- At least 1 year of post-graduate experience in planning (3+ years for Senior level applicants ideal)
- Some experience in residential and/or mixed-use development projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach with strong organisational and initiative-taking abilities
- A team player with a collaborative mindset
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
