A leading acoustic and environmental consultancy is seeking a SENIOR / PRINCIPAL ACOUSTIC CONSULTANT to lead technical delivery and project strategy from its Bristol office. This is a rare opportunity to take on a senior-level role in a collaborative, fast-growing consultancy working across building acoustics, environmental noise, and major infrastructure.
As a SENIOR / PRINCIPAL ACOUSTIC CONSULTANT, you will take ownership of high-value projects, manage key client relationships, and mentor junior staff. You\'ll play a hands-on role in modelling, reporting, and acoustic design, while also contributing to the development of service offerings across the South West.
We\'re looking for a SENIOR / PRINCIPAL ACOUSTIC CONSULTANT with:

6+ years of experience in acoustic consultancy

Expertise in building acoustics, sound insulation, BB93, BS8233, or environmental impact assessments
*
Proven ability to manage projects, clients, and technical teams
*
Proficiency in CadnaA, SoundPLAN, ODEON, or similar
*
Excellent reporting and communication skills
*
Degree in Acoustics, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related
*
Chartered status or working towards it (IOA/CEnv preferred)
*
Full UK driving licence
