The Role
You will play a key role in delivering geoenvironmental projects from initial site assessment through to remediation and validation. The position offers a mix of technical delivery, project management, and client-facing responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Managing and delivering Phase 1 and Phase 2 site investigations
- Interpreting environmental and geotechnical data and preparing technical reports
- Designing and overseeing remediation strategies
- Liaising with clients, regulators, and subcontractors
- Mentoring junior team members
- Supporting business development and project bidding where required
Requirements
- Degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in a geoenvironmental consultancy role
- Strong report writing and project management skills
- Good understanding of UK contaminated land legislation and guidance
- Experience supervising site investigations
- Full UK driving licence
