My Client, a market leading multidisciplinary Engineering Consultancy, who specialise in residential, commercial and industrial development projects across the UK, are searching for a Senior Flood Risk and Drainage Engineer to join their team in the historic and charming City of Bath. This exciting role will offer candidates the opportunity to join a friendly team of Engineers to complete Flood Risk and Drainage Projects for Residential Development Projects for Housing Developers, Local Authorities and Private Sector Clients. As a Senior Flood Risk and Drainage Engineer you will be required to complete varied technical work including; -Flood Risk Assessments for Planning Applications. -Surface Water Management Plans. -Drainage Strategy and Drainage Design using Microdrainage, Causeway and AutoCAD. -Access Road Design. -Detailed designs for S278, S104 and S106. This role offers a competitive salary, substantial benefits package, company benefits and career progression. It is essential that applicants have a strong BSc and/or MSc in Civil Engineering, Hydrology or Environmental Management and experience completing Drainage Strategies, Drainage Designs using Microdrainage, Causeway Flow or Civils 3D. You will also be expected to have experience completing Flood Risk Assessments for planning applications. It is beneficial for applicants to have experience managing and mentoring team members. It is also beneficial for applicants to reside locally as you will be expected to work from the office three days a week.
