Our client is looking for an experienced Fire Engineer to join their independent consultancy. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on projects in a wide range of sectors including residential, healthcare, commercial, public buildings, leisure, mixed-use, education, and entertainment.

Senior Fire Engineer Requirements:

1. Degree in Engineering (Fire, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, or similar)
2. Relevant experience in a similar role
3. Knowledge of UK Standards and Guidelines
4. Full UK Driving License
5. Computer Literate
6. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
7. Working towards or achieved an IEng or CEng

Senior Fire Engineer Duties:

1. Fire Strategy Drawings, Reporting & Assessment
2. Façade Inspections
3. CFD Modelling
4. Fire Risk, FRAEW, & DSEAR Assessments
5. Fire Door Inspections
6. Support RIBA Stage 1 to 4
7. Fire Statements
8. Feasibility Stage Support
9. Support junior members of staff
