My client, a market leading, UK based Environmental Consultancy, is searching for a Senior Environmental Consultant to join their Team of Engineers and Consultants based across the UK.
Applicants are required to have a BSc or MSc in a related discipline including Geography, Environmental Science or Environmental Management and have experience working for a UK based Consultancy as an Environmental Planner or Environmental Advisor completing or co-ordinating ES Statements and/or Environmental Impact Assessments.
Candidates are required to have a keen interest in project management, environmental compliance and coordinating reports for water and/or mining projects.
As an Environmental Consultant /Environmental Advisor you will have the opportunity to work on varied residential, ecological, water infrastructure, renewable energy schemes and mining for Local Authorities, Water Companies, Private Sector Clients and Housing Developers.
Candidates will be required to complete:
- Co-ordinate Environmental Impact Assessments and complete Environmental Statements.
- Environmental Management Plans.
- EIA project management including managing and tracking project development.
- Client meetings to discuss the development of the project.
- Frequent meetings with Clients to discuss project development.
