Senior Ecologist Derby £30,000-£38,000 I am pleased to announce that I am looking for a Senior Ecologist to join a well-established team in Derby! They are a multidisciplinary consultancy who specialise in a range of environmental departments including Ecology, Landscape Architecture and Arboriculture. The team is a great group of well rounded, experienced consultants who are passionate about delivering great results! They are seeking a Senior Ecologist who will be ablet o assist in the development and mentoring of the team. The team work with an ever-increasing client base and have a keen focus on developing areas of ecology. Responsibilities of a Senior Ecologist include; Team leadership, project management and business development. Completing a mixture of field and office-based assignments. Mentoring team members. Producing EcIA's and management plans.Requirements of the role include; Commercial and practical ecological experience, with a relevant professional institution membership. Experience with Phase 1 Habitat and Protected Species sureveys, PEA and EcIA's. Protected species survey licences are preferred.
