Senior Ecologist
Bedford

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys: Preliminary Ecological Appraisal, EcIA, protected species, and biodiversity net gain assessments.
- Design and implement mitigation, manage species translocation, and prepare management plans.
- Manage projects, liaise with clients, and contribute to planning-led projects.
- Lead on protected species licensing and collaborate across disciplines like landscape architecture and arboriculture.
- Undertake marketing and CPD activities, and develop ecological work in East Midlands, London, and the South-East.
Requirements:
- A degree in a relevant discipline and full CIEEM membership.
- Experience in large multidisciplinary projects and EPS mitigation licenses, holding at least one survey license.
- Strong botanical ID skills, knowledge of UK habitats, species, and legislation.
- Full UK Driving Licence
