This is an excellent opportunity for a confident ecologist to take a leading role in project delivery, client liaison, and mentoring junior staff, while working on a diverse portfolio of projects across the region.

The Role:

Leading and managing a range of ecological projects from inception to completion

Undertaking and overseeing protected species surveys and habitat assessments

Producing and reviewing technical reports, including PEA, EcIAs, and species reports

Providing ecological input into planning and development projects

Liaising with clients, planners, and other stakeholders

Mentoring and supporting junior and seasonal ecologists

About You:

A degree xiskglj in Ecology, Environmental Science, or a related discipline

Significant experience in ecological consultancy

Strong survey experience, with protected species licences highly desirable

Proven report-writing and project management skills

Good knowledge of UK wildlife legislation and planning policy

Full UK driving licence
