\\n\\nRequired skills and experience for the role of Senior Civil Engineer include:\\n\\nA Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Civil Engineering\\nChartered Status with a formally recognised Professional Body\\nDemonstrable experience of working in a design capacity, within a UK-based consultancy\\nConsiderable experience of working with infrastructure (highways and drainage), housing developments, and energy projects\\nExperience of earthworks and drainage network modelling\\nProficient in the use of various software packages (to include Civils 3D, MicroDrainage, AutoCAD, and similar)\\nDemonstrable experience of writing and amending a variety of reports for submission\\nConsiderable experience of client and stakeholder liaison\\nExcellent organisation, time management, team leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills \\n\\nDesirable skills and experience for the role of Senior Civil Engineer include:\\n\\nPrior experience of authoring Flood Risk Assessments\\nSome experience of preparing Transport Assessments\\nPrevious experience of leading projects/teams\\nExperience of working in a public-facing role\\nHold a full, valid UK driving licence \\n\\nIf you are interested in the role of Senior Civil Engineer, please do not hesitate to contact Caroline Davis at Penguin Recruitment.
