Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing projects and project teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Conducting detailed measured surveys of existing buildings and sites, with attention to detail.
- Visiting sites to carry out thorough inspections and providing comprehensive inspection reports.
- Inviting tenders for the main contract, performing tender analysis, and compiling detailed reports.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree
- Chartered status or actively working towards APC
- Proven experience in managing interdisciplinary projects and project teams
- Background in housing, residential, and/or existing buildings
- Strong expertise in building surveying and project management
- A track record of managing programs of work and demonstrating excellent organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client care
