Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
- Provide technical design services and project management to the residential sector
- Carry out site visits and ensure compliance is achieved
- Produce building regulations and planning applications
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and other authorities
- Prepare design drawings for competitive tender
- Deliver the technical and co-ordination aspects of projects and ensure successful delivery
Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
- Degree within Architectural Technologist
- Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
- Experience working on projects within the Healthcare sector
- Proficiency with Revit
- CIAT registered would be advantageous
- Good working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong technical abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
