Duties
- Deliver a range of high-profile projects from inception through to completion
- Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure high quality and technical compliance
- Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
- Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationships
Skills and Experience
- Relevant degree within Architectural Technology or Architecture
- Significant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit
- Experience managing large scale projects across a range of sectors
- Excellent working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Job running experience
- Excellent technical detailing skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
