Daily Duties

  • Lead and deliver projects from inception to completion
  • Manage and mentor small teams of architects and assistants
  • Oversee design development, technical delivery, and project coordination
  • Attend and contribute to senior management and design review meetings
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Ensure projects meet programme, budget, and quality expectations
  • Contribute to business development and winning new work

Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Architect with significant post-qualification experience
  • Strong knowledge of all RIBA stages
  • Experience leading projects and managing teams
  • Confident communicator, comfortable in senior meetings
  • Knowledge of CDM and BSA (Principal Designer experience desirable)
  • Highly organised, driven and commercially aware
  • Ambitious and ready to take on greater responsibility
