SENIOR ACOUSTIC CONSULTANT – £45,000 to £55,000 + Benefits – Leeds A nationally recognised environmental consultancy is seeking a SENIOR ACOUSTIC CONSULTANT to join its expanding Leeds team. With a strong pipeline of infrastructure and transport-related developments across the UK, this role is ideal for an experienced SENIOR ACOUSTIC CONSULTANT with a focus on large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects. As a SENIOR ACOUSTIC CONSULTANT, you\’ll lead technical input on environmental noise assessments, construction noise modelling, and transport infrastructure planning. You\’ll work closely with planners, engineers, and local authorities, while also mentoring junior team members and supporting project delivery from inception to completion. We\’re looking for a SENIOR ACOUSTIC CONSULTANT with: 5+ years of experience in acoustic consultancy Expertise in environmental acoustics, particularly related to infrastructure and transport Strong knowledge of BS5228, BS4142, and DMRB/CRT guidance Proficiency in CadnaA, SoundPLAN, or similar modelling tools Strong communication and report writing skills Degree in Acoustics, Environmental Science, or related field Full UK driving licence This Leeds-based role offers a £45,000 to £55,000 salary, hybrid working, private healthcare, pension, flexible hours, and a clear progression path to Principal level.
