I am looking for a talented Newly Qualified Architect to join a RIBA-chartered practice based in Essex. The practice is renowned for its expertise and collaborative approach, specialising in retail, residential, and commercial projects. They have a strong reputation for delivering innovative, tailored designs that consistently surpass client expectations and they offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful work.

The role:
· Lead and support design development across all RIBA stages
· Prepare and coordinate detailed construction information and specifications
· Manage project delivery, including contract administration and site inspections
· Liaise effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams
· Contribute to planning applications, feasibility studies and design reports
Responsibilities for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:
ARB registered
Sufficient experience in a UK-based architecture practice (can be as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant)
Knowledge of the UK planning, building regulations, building systems and construction types
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Happy working independently and as part of a team
Strong design abilities
