We are working with a well-established, growing business in the energy and sustainability sector, currently looking to hire a Sales Administrator professional to join their team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone highly organised and detail-oriented who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will play a key role supporting the sales and account management function—keeping the CRM system up-to-date, preparing proposals, onboarding new clients, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the sales process.

Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator role:
- Support Account Managers in identifying, profiling, and tracking sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline activity in the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics).
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and gather intelligence.
- Prepare professional, client-ready sales proposals and documents.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients—liaising with them and internal teams as needed.
- Attend and contribute to regular sales meetings, providing updates on pipeline and project progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, etc.) to gather information and stay up-to-date with new services.
- Assist with CRM data compliance and champion best practices.
- Support marketing efforts by following up on campaign leads and helping with admin tasks.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market shifts to spot new business opportunities.
Requirements to be considered for the Sales Administrator role:
- Experience in a sales support, sales administration, or similar role.
