This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Asbestos Trainer or an industry professional looking to transition into training. THE ROLE
As an Asbestos Trainer, you will deliver engaging and informative asbestos training courses to a wide range of clients across the UK. This is a national role, and regular overnight stays will be required. Whether you're already an experienced trainer or an industry professional looking to move into training, you'll receive support to develop your skills while delivering high-quality training that meets current legislation and industry standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivering asbestos training courses to delegates nationwide
- Preparing and presenting engaging training materials and practical demonstrations
- Ensuring all training is delivered in line with current legislation and industry best practice
- Assessing delegate understanding and providing constructive feedback
- Maintaining accurate training records and course documentation
- Representing the business professionally while building strong client relationships
- Travelling nationally, including regular overnight stays where required
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience delivering asbestos training, particularly UKATA-accredited courses, is highly desirable
- Candidates without training experience will also be considered if they have at least five years' asbestos industry experience and an excellent understanding of current asbestos legislation
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Confident speaking to groups and delivering technical information clearly
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel nationally and stay away from home when required
- Professional, organised, and passionate about developing others
WHAT'S ON OFFER
- Starting salary of £40,000
- Rising to £42,000 upon successful completion of a three-month probation
- Increasing to £45,000 after 12 months
- Company Ford Ranger pick-up provided
