Mentoring and supporting junior engineers, helping develop the next generation of talent. Identifying opportunities to improve processes, deliver smarter solutions and contribute to the consultancy's continued success.What are we looking for? Proven experience in a senior structural engineering role, ideally at Principal level or ready to take that next step. Strong technical knowledge of structural design, analysis and relevant design standards. Experience across sectors such as high-rise, residential, energy, industrial or commercial developments. Excellent communication, project management and client-facing skills. The confidence to lead projects, solve complex engineering challenges and inspire those around you.
