Join a leading consultancy as a Civil Engineer – Wastewater Infrastructure and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of wastewater networks in Slough and beyond. The OpportunityAs a Civil Engineer – Wastewater Infrastructure, you'll be part of a dynamic team focused on the detailed design and delivery of wastewater networks.
With a hybrid working arrangement based in Brighton and occasional team days in Slough, you'll support the development of sewerage rising mains, trunk sewers, and pipeline rehabilitation projects.
Key Responsibilities– Deliver detailed designs for wastewater networks, including pumping stations and gravity sewer systems.– Ensure compliance with Water Industry Standards and Sewerage Sector Guidance.– Liaise with utility companies and regulatory bodies to support project delivery.– Use hydraulic modelling tools like InfoWorks ICM and MicroDrainage to enhance engineering solutions.– Conduct condition assessments and feasibility studies for asset rehabilitation.
Candidate Requirements– Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.– Minimum of 2 years' experience in UK-based wastewater pipeline design.– Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydraulic modelling software.– Full UK driving licence and willingness to attend site visits.
