Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing and coordinating detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages
  • Supporting projects through all technical stages while liaising with consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with planning applications, BIM coordination, and preparation of construction information
  • Ensuring all work complies with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards
