Are you a Geotechnical Project Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity in a well-established and expanding geotechnical contractor/consultancy? This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced geotechnical professional to take ownership of complex ground investigation projects across major infrastructure and development schemes.
The Role
As a Geotechnical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering multiple ground investigation and geotechnical engineering projects from initial client enquiry through to final reporting and project completion. You will act as the key point of contact for clients and internal technical teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and commercial performance.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing multiple ground investigation and geotechnical projects across London and the South East
Overseeing project delivery from tender stage through to completion and reporting
Coordinating site investigation works including drilling, sampling, and testing
Reviewing xehkeey interpretive geotechnical reports and providing technical oversight
Managing project budgets, programmes, and resources
Liaising directly with clients, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
Supporting and mentoring junior engineers and geologists
