Daily Duties

  • Lead and manage high-end residential projects through all RIBA stages
  • Produce detailed drawing packages and technical documentation
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout project delivery
  • Attend client meetings and site visits
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and design coordination
  • Support and mentor junior team members where required
  • Ensure projects are delivered to the highest design and technical standards

Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Architect with proven high-end residential experience
  • Strong technical ability and detailing knowledge
  • Experience managing projects from concept to completion
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Experience in Vectorworks would be highly beneficial
  • Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction processes
  • Organised, proactive, and confident working within a collaborative team
  • Passionate about high-quality residential architecture and interiors
