Daily Duties
- Lead and manage high-end residential projects through all RIBA stages
- Produce detailed drawing packages and technical documentation
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout project delivery
- Attend client meetings and site visits
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and design coordination
- Support and mentor junior team members where required
- Ensure projects are delivered to the highest design and technical standards
Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Architect with proven high-end residential experience
- Strong technical ability and detailing knowledge
- Experience managing projects from concept to completion
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Experience in Vectorworks would be highly beneficial
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction processes
