Responsibilities
As a Labour Scheduler, you\’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of projects by managing and coordinating labour schedules. Your key responsibilities will include:
Customer Coordination: Contacting customers to arrange site attendance.
Labour Planning: Liaising with Project Managers and Site Supervisors to meet labour requirements.
Schedule Management: Maintaining and updating the labour schedule and tracker.
Information Distribution: Issuing critical information to site teams.
Budget Oversight: Updating budget trackers and ensuring cost efficiency.
Subcontractor Management: Obtaining quotations, negotiating prices, and raising purchase orders using Sage.
Site Support: Collating and saving site team information on the company server.
Installer Administration: Tracking expenses, leave, and training records for directly employed installers.
Logistics Coordination: Organising hire equipment, travel, and accommodation as required.Qualifications
To excel in this Labour Scheduler role, you\’ll need:
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Previous experience in a similar role (advantageous but not essential).
Familiarity with Sage or similar accounts systems (preferred).Day-to-Day
