The Role
This is a senior, influential position within the Midlands team, combining technical leadership, client engagement, and commercial responsibility. You will play a key role in regional delivery while supporting national client frameworks, working within UKAS-accredited systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing technical and operational leadership across asbestos consultancy services
- Managing and overseeing complex projects from quotation through to completion
- Leading, mentoring, and line managing regional team members
- Authorising reports and delivering high-level technical consultancy
- Managing client relationships and supporting large frameworks
- Supporting financial performance, forecasting, and invoicing
- Ensuring quality assurance, compliance, and safe delivery across contracts
Qualifications and Experience Required
- BOHS P402, P403 and P404 (or equivalent)
- W/M504 or P405
- Minimum 10 years' experience within UKAS-accredited organisations
- Strong experience managing complex projects and client frameworks
- Confident, professional, and consultative client-facing approach
- Full UK manual driving licence
Desirable
- CoCA qualification or working towards it
Working Arrangements
The role is Midlands-based with travel across Birmingham and surrounding areas. Occasional out-of-hours or weekend work may be required to meet client needs.
