Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Principal Structural Engineer to play a key role in leading projects, mentoring engineers, and helping drive the business forward.
The Role
- As a Principal Structural Engineer, you'll take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery, working closely with clients, architects, and contractors.
- You'll have the opportunity to lead a talented team while remaining hands‑on technically.
Responsibilities
- Leading structural design on a range of building projects
- Managing project delivery, budgets, and client relationships
- Mentoring and supporting junior engineers and technicians
