Are you a Principal Geoenvironmental Engineer with a strong background in business development? An exciting opportunity has arisen in London for a senior geoenvironmental professional to join a well-established environmental and engineering consultancy at a strategic level. Responsibilities

  • Leading and overseeing complex geoenvironmental projects from bid stage through to delivery
  • Acting as a technical authority for contaminated land and ground risk assessments
  • Preparing and reviewing Phase 1, Phase 2, and remediation strategy reports
  • Managing and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers
  • Driving business development activity, including:
  • Identifying and securing new opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining key client relationships
  • Supporting bid writing, fee proposals, and tenders
  • Working closely with senior management to support regional growth
  • Qualifications

    • Degree qualified in Geology, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
    • Extensive experience in geoenvironmental / contaminated land consultancy
    • Proven track record in business development and client management
    • Strong technical knowledge of UK environmental legislation and guidance
    • Chartered (or working towards) status preferred
    • Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
