What you will be doing:
- Carrying out management, refurbishment and demolition surveys
- Completing asbestos in the ground surveys where required
- Undertaking air monitoring, reassurance testing, and airborne fibre counting
- Completing four stage clearances and challenging poor remediation when needed
- Working across commercial, industrial, and public sector sites
- Capturing accurate site data using tablet based systems
- Producing clear, defensible reports clients can rely on
- Working in line with HSG248 and HSG264 at all times
- Acting as a professional, calm point of contact on site
What you will need:
- BOHS P402, P403 and P404, or recognised equivalents
- Strong working knowledge of asbestos legislation and guidance
- A full UK driving licence
- Confidence working independently on site
- A professional, calm approach with clients and contractors
