This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in residential development who enjoys the technical detail of on-plot civil engineering design.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering drawings and design packages for residential developments, working closely with engineers and project teams from concept through to construction.
Key Responsibilities of this Civil Technician role: Production of on-plot civil engineering designs for residential developments.
Earthworks and level modelling using industry-standard software.
Surface water and foul drainage design.
Preparation of external works layouts, setting out drawings, sections and construction details.
Producing accurate 2D CAD drawings and technical documentation.
Assisting with design coordination across multidisciplinary project teams.
Ensuring work is delivered in accordance with current standards and client requirements.
About
You: Experience working as a Civil Technician within a consultancy environment.
Knowledge of residential development and on-plot infrastructure design.
Proficient in Auto CAD, with experience of Civil 3D desirable....
