Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident in building relationships with clients and colleagues
- Experience writing sustainability reports and strategies is highly desirable
- Familiarity with planning processes and Part L building regulations
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out SAP and SBEM calculations
- Producing sustainability and energy statements for planning applications
