Are you a qualified Energy Assessor looking for a new remote opportunity? We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client seeking an experienced Energy Assessor with their NDEA qualification.
Key Requirements:
- NDEA certified (essential)
- Experience in using SBEM (Simplified Building Energy Model) for energy assessments
- Experience in identifying and mitigating overheating risks in buildings
- Strong understanding of energy efficiency, building regulations, and environmental standards
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
